The Bella Terra Community

  • Conveniently located off I-24, less than 30 minutes southeast of downtown Nashville
  • Bella Terra will be just one mile from the Southeast Community Center and Nashville Public Library Southeast Branch
  • Future entrances to Bella Terra will be located on Ellen Way, Highland Ridge Drive, and Pippen Drive in Antioch, TN. Bella Terra’s roads are currently closed for construction
  • For safety, do not attempt to enter the future neighborhood

Estimated Mortgage Payments - $1,200 - $1,350**

**Assumes a $300,000 - $350,000 purchase price financed 100% by Habitat or its partners with a 30-year, 0% APR loan equivalent to purchase price. Estimates for property taxes, homeowners insurance, and homeowners association dues are included, but actual amounts may vary. Final mortgage terms will result in a payment that does not exceed 30% of an eligible buyer’s gross income. Final purchase price will be determined by market value and applicable deed restrictions at the time of purchase.

Review Eligibility and Income Requirements

Applicants must meet the full eligibility criteria (click the orange button below) for these homes, including:

  • Minimum credit score of 600. Applicants with no credit score will be given opportunity to prove credit worthiness through alternative methods (rent and other bill payment histories).
  • Savings. Ability to save $2,000 for closing costs within 6-9 months.
  • Annual income limits. The income limits shown in the chart below are from the January 2026 application round. Income limits and eligibility criteria can change in the future.

  • A limited number of 4-bedroom homes will be available. Households of 7 or 8 will only be considered for 4-bedroom homes and must meet the minimum income requirement. Households of 4 - 6 are sometimes eligible for 4-bedroom homes, but this is not guaranteed given the limited quantity.
  • ** Qualifying Income includes stable sources of income for the applicants and may be different from Household Income which includes all income sources of all household members.
  • Self-employment income could not be included in the minimum income required to qualify for the Habitat mortgage during the January 2026 application round due to the funding sources. It is important to read all eligibility requirements prior to applying as this could change in the future.
  • Income limits in the chart are specific to the Davidson County homes as of January 2026 and could change in future application rounds.
