Dickson ReStore and Dickson Division office move update
The Dickson ReStore will open in April at 223 Dickson Plaza Drive, Dickson Tennessee 37055. The phone number for ReStore is 615-446-4385.

Dickson Division to build three in 2011!
Dickson will be building three homes this year. The first will be this summer and then two in the fall. One half of the sponsorship of these three homes will be as a result of an AHP (Affordable Housing Program) grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. Federal Home Loan of Cincinnati’s AHP program helps member institutions develop affordable owner-occupied homes for very low- to moderate-income families and individuals. Since 1990, the Affordable Housing Program has committed more than $204 million in grants to assist more than 38,000 households. AHP funds assist in financing the purchase, construction, and/or rehabilitation of single-family housing in their community. Funds must be used to benefit households with incomes at or below 80 percent of the median income for the area.
Cheatham County expansion
The Nashville Area for Humanity – Cheatham Division has been approved by Habitat for Humanity International. Free office space has been generously donated. The address is 296 Frey Street #5, Ashland City, TN 37015. The phone number for the Cheatham Division office is 615-441-9967. The fax is 615-441-5778. The office will be open one day a week, Tuesdays, until further notice.
Pending funding, plans are to build one home in Cheatham County in 2011. Cheatham County will hold a Houses of Hope fundraising luncheon in 2011, sometime in the spring or summer. Proceeds will go to building Habitat for Humanity homes for eligible families in Cheatham County.
