Marsha Hudgens

Marsha Hudgens is family services director for the Dickson Division of Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity. Prior to her current role within the merged organization, Hudgens was interim executive director for Habitat for Humanity of Dickson County. She has been involved with Habitat in Dickson for four years and has served as board secretary and chairman of the family support committee and co-chair of the family selection committee. She has lived in Dickson County for 21 years.

Before moving to Tennessee in 1986, Hudgens was a real estate broker in North Carolina. Her business experience also includes executive assistance for an architectural/engineering firm, 10 years of income tax counseling and preparation for people of all socio-economic levels, and 15 years of managing residential rental property. (And she has remodeled three houses, so her construction skills are top-notch!)

Chris Greene

Chris Greene is development and volunteer manager for the Dickson Division of Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity. Prior to joining Habitat, Greene served for 13½ years as music and youth minister for First United Methodist Church in Dickson. He was recognized by The Tennessean newspaper as one of the state’s “Top 40 under 40” in 2005. Greene is a member of the Dickson County Ministerial Association and serves on the board of directors for Dickson County United Way.

A Dickson County native, Greene graduated from Dickson County Senior High in 1992 and earned a bachelor’s degree in music education from Austin Peay State University in 1996.
