Neighbors celebrate community at annual FallFest events

October 19, 2008

Timberwood, Rainwood and Providence Park homeowners’ associations hosted annual Fall Fest events for neighbors in these communities. Fall Fest is always a celebration of cultures, with African, Asian, Kurdish, African/American, Latino and white children all reveling in the good weather and each other’s company. Timberwood and Rainwood partnered for a combined event on Sunday, October 19, complete with inflatables, ice cream, pizza, a deejay and dancing.

Providence Park held its Fall Fest on Saturday, November 1, following home tours hosted by the Amatos, the Foleys, the Mohammeds and the Wasmans. Guests at the home tours were able to see how these hardworking families have turned their houses into homes.

There are 245 children living in Providence Park, and 78 children living in Timberwood. Each one is blessed with opportunities they would not have if their parents were not homeowners.
