September 1, 2015 Application Status Update
Applications received after July 3, 2015 in Davidson County are being evaluated for remaining 2016 homes available to be built in Park Preserve (north Nashville) and a very limited number of renovated homes in various areas of Davidson County until enough applicants have been selected for these homes.
We expect to build homes in Antioch (Davidson County) in the spring of 2017 and will accept applications for spring 2017 homes from January 15, 2016 – February 29, 2016. If you apply before January 15, 2016, Antioch locations will not be an option. If you are only interested in Antioch locations, you should obtain a current application in 2016 to be submitted between January 15, 2016 and February 29, 2016.
Applications are currently being accepted for Dickson, Cheatham (Pleasant View), and Wilson County home builds in 2016.

Habitat builds single-family, three- and four-bedroom frame homes with approximately 1,100–1,400 square feet. Habitat homes are built on a concrete slab and feature siding or brick and a small front porch. A stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and bedroom blinds are included. The three- and four-bedroom homes have two full baths.
Habitat is an award-winning ENERGY STAR® builder, constructing quality affordable homes with utility bills averaging $78 a month. Habitat homes are designed to have a positive impact on energy efficiency and environmental performance as well as providing healthy benefits and cost savings for the homeowner.
Habitat currently builds homes within an all-Habitat community in north Nashville, Park Preserve, as well as developing lots in several neighborhoods in Antioch. Most communities are governed by homeowners’ associations with restrictive covenants.
Habitat homes have a one-year warranty on heating, plumbing, wiring, and workmanship. After the one-year period, repairs on heating systems, plumbing and electrical systems are the responsibility of the homeowner(s). Normal wear and tear maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowner.
Sample floor plans are listed below. Actual floor plans and features vary by neighborhood. Applicants do not get to choose their floor plan. Number of bedrooms is determined by household makeup.
