We are also working with The Housing Fund to identify potential homeowners whose incomes are higher than our guidelines allow but are still low enough to need assistance with homeownership. The Housing Fund is building a community where the houses will be a little more expensive but still affordable with traditional mortgages. We are referring applicants to them and any applicant who chooses to buy a home through the Housing Fund will come back to Habitat for our classes. Contact Denise Becker at 254-4663, ext. 232 for more information.
