Sponsor Commitment Levels

Gold House sponsor financial commitment:

• $60,000 earmarked for building materials for one house (approximately 1,150 sq. ft.)

• Payment Schedule
  • $5,000 when covenant is signed
  • $27,500 due 90 days before build starts
  • Balance of $27,500 due 60 days before build starts

Gold House Sponsor volunteer commitment:

• Supply 30 volunteers each day for 8 build days
  • Houses are built on Saturday and Sunday over 4 weekends – 8 days total
  • Sponsors provide 30 volunteers each day from 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Nashville Habitat provides the technical staff and volunteers to lead the sponsors’ volunteer build team
  • Habitat families, earning their sweat equity hours, work with the sponsors’ build team
  • Nashville Habitat can help provide volunteers, given enough lead time

Gold Level Food and Water commitment:

• Sponsors provide breakfast, lunch, snacks and water for the 50 person build team

Partial House sponsor financial commitment:

• $30,000 will supply building materials for two weekends for one house
• A signed covenant agreement guarantees each sponsor’s build time and commitment
• Payment schedule:
  • $5,000 is due at the time the covenant is signed
  • $12,500 is due 90 days before the build begins
  • $12,500 is due 60 days before the build begins

Partial House volunteer commitment:

• Sponsors provide 30 volunteers each day from 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Nashville Habitat provides the technical staff and volunteers to lead the sponsors’ volunteer build team
  • Habitat families, earning their sweat equity hours, work with the sponsors’ build team
  • Nashville Habitat can help provide volunteers, given enough lead time

Weekend House volunteer commitment:

• Sponsors provide 30 volunteers for two build days, from 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Nashville Habitat provides the technical staff and volunteers to lead the sponsors’ volunteer build team
  • Habitat families, earning their sweat equity hours, work with the sponsors’ build team
  • Nashville Habitat can help provide volunteers, given enough lead time

Weekend House Sponsorship Food and Water commitment:

• Sponsors provide breakfast, lunch, snacks and water for the 50 person build team for each build day

Day House Sponsorship financial commitment:

• $7,500 will supply building materials for one day for one house
  • A signed covenant agreement guarantees each sponsor’s build time and commitment
• Payment is expected at the time the covenant is signed.

Day House Sponsorship volunteer commitment:

• Supply 30 volunteers for each build day funded
  • Sponsors provide 30 volunteers each day from 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
