Welcome to the Habitat of Greater Nashville's Information Video Series. This series is for anyone who wants to learn more about the Habitat program and our mission.
For those who are interested in Habitat's Homeownership Program, watching this video series is the first step in partnering with Habitat. We have found applicants who spend time reviewing the eligibility requirements and learning more about homeownership are the ones who have greater success during the program and success as long term homeowners.
If you are interested in learning more about the homes being built in a specific county, please watch Part 3. This video will discuss the home's location, size, and floor plan. You will also find information on the cost of the home along with the monthly mortgage payment.

What happens after the Homeownership Program application is submitted?
Once the online application is submitted it will be reviewed to ensure general eligibility requirements have been met. The Homeowner Services Team will then contact applicants and instruct them on the next steps.
