Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the full eligibility criteria listed at www.habitatnashville.org/homeownership as well as additional criteria for these homes, including:

  • Minimum credit score of 600. Applicants with no credit score will be given opportunity to prove credit worthiness through alternative methods (rent and other payment histories). 
  • Household size of 6 or less (for the February 2024 application period)
  • Annual income limits as shown below:
